Art, Is it common for a litigant to be quoted in a press release like this? I also noticed this with the last press release of this nature. Why no statement from their legal team or lead attorney? Maybe they are afraid of being libelous now that this release has been sent all over the internet. The whole approach just seems a bit tacky to me. Ausdauer
