I posted this on CLRT's thread on May 13th. It should answer your
questions or offer a disscussion topic.

It appears that Futuretrack will own more than 2/3 of the
company after the merger. As of today though FTRKD's investment
is worth 13 cents on the dollar before the split to ours of 53 cents.
Their reverse split sent FTRKD to $2.25 today and then plunged.

Note: the closing price on the day before the letter of intent
CLRT was .625 and FTRK was .35 So they were better off after the letter than they
were before it. It's just that FTRK ran up on the
news and CLRT stayed still and then lowered. FTRK stockholders
could not sue to stop it.

I still think something will be released to send CLRT's price up.
They still have to get above $1 to stay listed plus get additional
financing. I think the Hopkinsville Electric utility order will
be what does both.
