Kelly, according to the ceo, MGAS is looking for ways to increase shareholder value. In addition, if you are into technical analysis of stocks, then look at a long term chart (5 Years). From what little I know about this subject, it appears to me that they are building a huge base between $1.00 and $2.00. Also, at least one major downtrend has been broken. I am in at a slightly higher price, but I have not given up on it yet and I am considering adding some more.
