Having now cruised that Yahoo board on MDM, I see that the issue of a TAPS suit was posted 5/22: <<A group of preferred shareholders have retained a top 5 law firm in New York. They are preparing suit now. They are going after $400M. This kind of news is not new to MDM, however it is going to be a bumpy ride for the next few weeks. I split at 6. Institutions have been bailing out that is why the stock has been dropping the past few days. The news will be coming out soon. The case is strong they will be arguing that MDM defaulted and will have to pay them out at $400M. >> I would assume that our knee-biter has been reading that board as well. I wonder which of the top five? I'm betting on the Gambino Family. If someone has to have a proctologist, it may as well be one of the best.
