do your homework, IBM usually only deals with fortune 100 companies. Once in a while a project might come their way from a company other than a fortune 100 company and if IBM truly believes the project has merit, like tmrt's they will consider it. On top of being very selective on their projects I would also bet a full site design would not come cheap. This is only my opinion but someone who has nothing better to do all day than chat on si could see if it's true. By the way in case you didn't know I am long,very long and I really think tmrt will make it in the end.
