Wizzer , what am I supposed to apologize for ? The article I was referring to was new news about the case . I was not referring to the original decision or the appeal- this article detailed that the feds declared NO CONTEST and were negotiating a settlement , they are not appealing ! Corel has the feds over a barrel - I hear that they will get the value of the contract + unrealised profit + costs .This is multi million dollar news.Compared to the Hedy Lamarr thing , which got a lot of noise here , this is humungo
