CinemaStar Breaks Ground On Expansion of Its Mission Grove Ultraplex
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 26, 1999--CinemaStar Luxury Theaters, Inc. (NASDAQ: LUXY - news), which owns and operates eight first run motion picture theaters in southern California (seven theaters with 69 screens) and Tijuana, Mexico (one theater with 10 screens), today announced the official groundbreaking on the expansion of its existing Mission Grove 14-screen Theater into an 18-screen Ultraplex.

Scheduled for a November 1999 opening, the new Ultraplex expansion is intended to solidify CinemaStar's position as the premier theater operator in Riverside County, CA. The existing 14-plex will be expanded by four screens comprising approximately 20,000 square feet.
