iBiz Technology Corp. Secures Major Distributor For KeySync Keyboard
PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 26, 1999--iBiz Technology Corporation (OTC BB:IBIZ) announces today that one of the top four computer product distributors in the country has agreed to distribute the new iBiz KeySync Keyboard.
This exciting new keyboard (formerly dubbed the iKey Mite) directly connects to Palm Computing Devices produced by 3COM.
The assignment of a vendor position, and initial order from this distributor creates a major distribution channel for iBiz Technology products. This new channel, in conjunction with other distribution, including their new e-commerce site completes allocation of their first production run, scheduled for delivery in late June. iBiz plans to time additional production runs of the KeySync Keyboard to fulfill expected demands.

They are also in talks with the military (DOD) to become an authorized GSA vendor for all DOD agencies and have a written request for 1200 of their desktop units. I call the company and was told that they could not comment on that, however could tell me that good news would be coming out today. On the info about GSA and the order, I saw the paperwork, however don't know if funds have been allocated. The military have very difficult paper trail for all major purchases, everything is never known by one person. If this is true than IBIZ is following the same steps as Gateway, Dell, Micron etc.
