Even though I am long CMTR (15000) i recognize this is a "crap shoot" CMTR has serious problems, starting at the top with Chairman Singh. FDA hasnt inspected CMTR for the HIV which is a prerequisite for approval. Without the HIV the company really hasnt to much going. More and more companies are getting away from blood and moving towards saliva testing.Astra Merck will fulfill its contract and then may bail My biggest concern with CMTR is its ability to sustain itself with cash. I estimate they have less than a year of cash on hand...if they resort to selling more stock its time to take the write off. my gut feeling is the FDA may have it in for Chemtrak and is intentionally sitting on their hands
