Private Chinese carrier plans huge CDMA network

If true, this is major, big-time stuff, and a total rabbit-out-of-the-hat given the current political environment. As mp said, at the close buyers were throwing money at the Mighty Q!. Maybe Zhu and Jiang have a sweet spot in their hears for friends of Bernie.
