One big clue, Jr.: The exchanges are massively incentivized to make sure this and others like it do not succeed. That you and your mental midget friends think it makes any difference that the NYSE might (not friggin likely) buy the PHLX shows your bush league comprehension of the politics and dough at play. That an institution might sample something is totally removed from whether or not they might actually pay for it. Further, that you, as ever the fish, believe that an institution might actually pay 2 cents a share to beat the VWAP when that service is available right now for a cent and less shows the minimal level of any real Wall Street experience and understanding you have. It's a null set. Another amigo dodo stock that is being pumped and dumped for a warrant exercise. ESAD.
