I would be interested to know how PSFD obtained a percentage of Encals interest in Shoal point? If they paid money...why, if they thought the drilling location was so bad. Why not wait until a better opportunity? Did Encal buy in to a poorly chosen location just to get a share of additional acerage for the future. PSFD has never said their technology was 100% accurate everytime....maybe this was one of those times. The land position Encal aquired...are they going to be able to drill as the operator using PSFD?......If not...why invest in a poor drilling program to aquire lands you will not have any say in where future drilling takes place?.......raisin
