OK Johnny...Its a fairly simple read with light volume and not much volatility..Stochastics first, The fast stochastics remain flat and the slow continue downward when the two cross tomorrow a Buy signal will be generated once again. The stock has been trading consistently above the 70 day moving average with the exception of a few short lived dips for the last 4 months. Over this period the majority is above the 50 DMA and only 4 times in 4 months has the stock traded below this indicator. At the current Bid we are sitting right on this level. 20DMA is at 3 9/16ths the resistence we saw yesterday and this morning. Bollingers continue to slightly thighten each day..My read is the Bottom being $3 for a possible retest ( but I wouldnt count on that) and a Breakthrough 3 9/16ths would be bullish with next resistence at $4. I would initiate a Strong Buy with the ask at 3 3/8ths and it follows my reads from last 2 months as well. My best guess is Nite is trying to cover his shorts and wants your shares cheaper than 3 1/2...But he cant have mine..
Keep the faith my friend, remember Mr. Z has many surprises up his sleeve. Any decent amount of buying and those who are out will be chasing this Puppy once again. This week is just games for the taking of weak ones.
