Hugh, Nope. I didn't miss it. No new news, though, or at least nothing that wasn't covered in the 1/10/97 filing. I just skimmed it but I think the shelf equity is still unsold. Steve pointed out that the 10K was available on Edgar Access at 3:19 PM.
