I never did get through to the transfer agent. I was called out of town the following Monday on an urgent business trip. I am still away now and won't be back to home base till Next week. I was wondering if you called them using the number I found. I just want to verify if the number was valid. I haven't lost interest and I still plan to call when I return. The company and its partners look tremendously promising. Actually, I was hoping for some sort of opportune time to enter but the stocks price has been very stable. That alone tells me the reported share count is valid. As usual, thanks for openly sharing your research.
