Re: CAIS. Local "ISP". No way it could be as bogus as LOAX. The founders didn't bankrupt two other companies, all (I mean ALL) the "friends and family" holders (cronies dressed up as independent marketing agents to make you think there will be revenue ONE DAY) sold 100% of their shares in the $10 IPO (but as an ISP still "opened" and traded above 30.... shorting this baby all the way down...)
