Weel, seems like the rumor about news for tonight was a hyper doing his job. In any case, news is forthcoming, and soon enough Viet Nam will have its own 6/49 type lottery. At the time, the contract was granted to AGC (when news came out on the deal, the stock went to $3.25) for 7 years. The company gets 4% a year for the first 4, then 1% (check the numbers to be sure.)

But that is not the only good thing, they are expected to announce a contract for Ho Chi Minh city, which is a much bigger money printing machine.
