This all sounds kind of silly. I am not convinced there is a direct correlation to the Chinese stealing our nuclear secrets to CAOL offering consumer ISP service and lottery kiosks. While I do not completely condone their culture, I would not be so quick to condemn mutual business relationships. Many other governments have stolen military secrets, in fact, NASA & the DOD even welcome foreigners on military bases working side by side with Americans. So much for protecting military secrets. Raise your periscope and look around. What you'll find is the United States is an open book.<g>
