Wellington Management Company, LLP has just reported that they bought 574,900 shares the last quarter (that is 5% of the outstanding shares) They are now our #1 institutional holder. Here is some info on them: seic.com Other names that have reported John Hancock Mutual purchased 286,653 shares, Fleet Investment Advisors purchased 200,800 shares, Smith Barney purchased 39,650 to bring their total to 103,000 Vanguard reported that their holdings remain unchanged at 143,600 shares. Also short interest is out. At current volume level and assuming someone would provide a steady stream of stock to sell, it would take 'only' 21 days for the shorts to cover.
