Where exactly did you hear that the company needed a lot of extra cash, and how does that need relate to the company share price going up in excess of 30% in two days?
The company just purchased another manufacturing plant in Europe and has a new agreement with Hoechst et al. Also, it is being included in the TSE 300 Index as of tomorrow. These activities are more likely to have contributed to the share price rise than simply needing more money (lots of companies need more money, but one rarely finds that that alone makes their share price go up).
