I just want to thank auric and dr. seuss and everyone else for helping to shed some light on H-er-LOAX. I have lost serious money due to serious (tho apparently not criminal) fraud (informix...), and generally had 'bad timing' on many investments. but my own pre-ipo company is completing underwriter selection (talked to all the biggies and the hot techie oriented shops) and have been helping with the S-1. Signed up for ipocentral to get Cybergold's S-1 real time, and out of curiousity pulled LOAX. That was the absolutely funniest thing I have read ever. How many times did it contain the word "bankruptcy"? First S-1 I have read that listed the underwriter as a "risk factor" (don't read about BB stocks much, i guess...).

Thank god for this great country, where folks like Dirk and the LOAX crowd have to write and publish their own past and planned crim fraud in detail before the foist it on the public. Money laying on the ground for asking. Shorting a little more every day, starting at 26, and I have never (and never do expect) to be out of the black.

Thank you all SOOOO much. For those with any interest at all, get and read the S-1. Compare it to real-yet-development stage internet companies (see CBDR, Cybergold, MyPoints, for example,s as high 'risk-reward' investments). I will in fact pay anyone for an actual copy of the final S-1 for this thing on glossy paper, etc. It will be next to my tombstones for the few (but real!) tech deals I have done.
