NATO doesn't care what Milosevitch's opponents say, they don't count on rebellions, though they will occur, NATO is just bombing. It started with a very long list of hard targets, it seems to be entering a soft target phase. The Serbian military is enjoined, you might say, and the vulnerable civilian underbelly is exposed. It is a very simple cost equation. An enormous amount of NATO capital has gone into this vivisection, it was not done for the benefit of the public. This dismemberment is real.
