Sarmad, Forgive my lack of knowledge, but do you use an ECN whereby you can pick off a specific 1000 share lot? With Schwab you can generally get a 500 share auto execution of a market order, but the next 500 shares go to the back of the line, making it very hard to trade in 1000 share lots in a fast market.
