I am long on Dell and would like to capitalize on the recent extreme sell-off in the stock price. I know the price has fallen below a 35 dollar support level. It looks as if the next support level is 23 dollars reached last fall.

I want to buys calls at the bottom for a major comeback. It seems to me that the sell-off is too harsh and over-reactive and therefore the price should bounce back in a big way when dell's earnings show surprises on the upside and their new ventures start paying off. However, we may not even need an earnings push, since we could benefit from an overall NASDAQ rise. Need to be patient to get in at the bottom, especially with options. Just my own opinion.
