Hi, Bruce. I have not bought the stock yet.

I am a long term investor in stocks. All I have been able to determine so far is that relative to recent prices the price in the mid 50's was cheap from a short term trading point of view. However, when I buy stocks, although recent prices are not irrelevant, I do not allow them to sway me in my judgment as to whether the current price is a good long term entry point.

I have not made up my mind on that score -- with my training as an actuary probably making me much more wary than the average investor about earnings projected far down the road. My sense of the situation
is that the stock offers good value under $60 but does not contain a large margin of safety in that price, which is something I look for.

I do feel comfortable with my view that for a long term holder to sell 7 month options with a strike price of $80 or 85 for well over $10 is a smart "value" investor decision.
