I'm really getting sick of the high turnover rate of high level personel in American Companies. The system of dumping a CEO after a few bad quarters is the stupid. At Novell the turnover rate is ridiculus. As soon as a executive gets his feet wet he is dumped. Novell needs to pick somebody and stick with that person for a period of time greater that a year. If Novell is constantly bringing in new talent, soon everybody will know nothing about anything related to Novell. Novell needs to forget the wimpy cries of the shareholders and worry more about beating Microsoft. Sincerely, sean reilly
