Right, but IQC itself charges 24.95 per month for the chart package's data stream. If you want real-time data there's an additional "exchange fee" of $12.50/month. So the total monthly cost is $37.45/month for real-time or $24.95/month for delayed charting data. ICQ (and now GNET) gets the $24.95 no matter which method is chosen.

"Exchange fees are monthly charges required by the exchanges for the right to view real-time data. They are billed monthly by credit card separately from the IQ Chart monthly subscription fee, and all fees are paid directly by us to the exchanges."

(Hmm... Just noticed that ".asp". That means they're using Microsoft servers on the web site unlike most of the other Go2Net sites that use Unix of some variety. Yup: "www.iqc.com is running Microsoft-IIS/4.0 on NT4")
