I have not highlighted my pass time and world cup activities....
I think the best two countries amongst glaxy of nations to watch are India and Pakistan. It is just fun to watch these matches, the crowd is great, atmosphere is fantastic and cricket is the best game in the world for me. I had a dream last night..
In this world cup these two teams are class act true professionals and go-getters. India boasts outstanding batting geniuses like Tendulkar, Ganguly and Dravid all of them first class batters. Pakistan has finest bowlers in the world fastest man Shoaib and swinging yorker man Wasim add on to it Saqlain and you have a team that is ready to bowl out even the most formidable of the eleven's. Pakistan claims that whatever you score we will get you out for lower. This is reminiscence from era of Holding, Garner Marshall of West Indies.
In my opinion the semi-finalists would be India, Pakistan South Africa and Australia, Pakistan would beat South Africa and India would take Australia, after beating them comprehensively, India and Pakistan will have rendezvous with destiny where 1.2 billion hearts will pound with every delivery. India would require 4 to win off the last bowl, Srinath and Mongia facing Wasim, an inswinging Yorker would bring Srinath down the crease to hit him big on on-side, he would instead....miss and my eyes opened, I did not see either the off stump was up-rooted or India got four byes..
