Mr.X - my only source of information was Post #5595 on the Yahoo MDM board. That's why I wasted so much bandwidth on this Feshbarf freaq. I had looked at MDX many moons ago, and decided to pass because I thought they were going to slide through without a bankruptcy. I'm real curious about the current threat. However I put no credibility in what I've seen posted so far. You can sue over anything. Even if there is a suit, I can imagine a bunch of outcomes that would not give decent return.
