Thanks for passing along your reading Daniel. IMHO these people are real pros, no match for investors thinking they have found a great thing. The market is loaded with Hoovers looking to suck the pockets of the unaware dry.

Some references in the 10-K and things mentioned by the poster, Bob Sims, indicate to me that he was not the janitor he professed to be, but someone in the company. He had a piece or two of inside information in his posts. It leads me to believe the SEC may be interested his activity. It is my guess we will see some of these people again, with a new company, pulling the same old thing.

BTW, I have never had a position in the stock. Buyer beware.
