According to the 10-K, Westfere's salary is $36,800 per year. He gets some other benefits, but it doesn't exactly look like he's getting rich.

Looks like he sold most of those back under a $1.00. Sounds like me... When I sell a stock, it seems like it usually moves up. :-)
