Colleen, That pink sheet thingy, yes. That was definitely a slam, no if's and's or but's about it. However, think of what SEC could have done. They could have pulled GE off the exchanges indefinitely ( sp?) But, the fact of the matter is that the SEC did not have any ammo to can them. Sure current and previous presidents have been charged. So? People get charged everyday for everything. That is not a trial and conviction of guilty. TT nor RK as far as I know has pleaded guilty to anything. Furthermore, I am sure that the almighty SEC would have grabbed both TT and RK by the **** and not let go until they were safely tucked away in a nice little prison. That is the kind of stuff I meant by no-one can touch them. Obviously they have gone through some bumps and bruises, but considering how much ruckus was stirred by the May 22 release, I think its quite admirable that they kept trading. Pollyanna?!?!? sorry Colleen, got me there. I have no clue what that is unless its some glue I haven't heard of yet? Please enlighten me. MM
