Tyler, a couple of general opinions. Though it is always wise to consider trading patterns in a stock (I do), it also doesn't pay to be too paranoid.

I think there may be, if you'll forgive the term a powerful "mega trend" in the direction of solutions like that offered by Open Text.

It may not be easy to time it and the company might release info on a schedule different than you expect, but I believe there is something powerful going on here that will be reflected over time. Hence I don't feel that good about being a little light on OTEXF stock right now. I doubt we will see 7 and think this is a good time to get more.

While it is true that insiders and staff have plenty of cheap stock, how does this relate to the market's influence on the price? I wouldn't let this, or paranoia about "nothing happening", cloud your vision. A lot of the revenue increases probably hinge on how quickly their major clients and 'current prospective customers' move to expand their installation of Livelink.

There is a lot of general market interest in the stock and much press here in Canada. Many are "watching" and I predict a powerful up move on increased volume anytime the stock gets manipulated down to bargain levels. Bargain levels are about where we closed today. I'm sure we'll see a 150,000 day within the next few, with a close back above $9.00. I realize such predictions are fatal...

(I still put a LOT of stock in the fact that HP and Siemens were impressed by Livelink.)
