With this in mind, put yourself in the shoes of a Serb that is opposed to Milosevic, and ask yourself what you would do to stop what is going on...
I think you will realize that there isn't much Milosevic's opponents can do, and this largely because the morality of NATO's bombing has become dubious.
Most Serbs do not believe the means NATO are using are moral. They know they will be branded as traitors if they help NATO, and because of this they will not put pressure on Milosevic.
Whatever atrocities are being commited in Kosovo, increasing the pain on civilians as a means to incite them to revolt is, in my opinion, both unrealistic and immoral.
