Neocon, may I remind you that Bosnia was part of Yugoslavia- before Germany convinced them to secede. They were rebel secessionists- Yugoslavia was trying to force them back into the federal state-is that a crime?

What would you say if Mexico encouraged Texas to secede due to large Hispanic populations- should the USA allow Texas to go quietly and maybe join Mexico in a "Greater Mexico"?
