Any news on whether driveoff.com will do a secondary, or whether uswheels.com is still going to kick out something else,
or whether NVDC shareholders will get a dividend, or is the plan to keep it locked as a wholly owned, even with the Net Solutions Division of Navidec slated for a spin off? Everyone still seems to be hoarding stock, and no insiders are selling. My guess is no one inside wants to pay any Capital Gains Tax just yet, and so the deal was structured.
