I arrived at the # by adding up the existing shares issued and all the
various obligations to issue through warrants etc.. The over 51 Million # ( and I stated I stopped there ) did not make sense to me,
therefore I asked if anyone else saw this.

Not sure what Live chat you are referencing, regardless if you are implying that I asked this question, twasnt I, if you are not implying it was me I don't know who it was sorry that I can't help.

That is an interesting question & reply though:
Is it the intention of the SELLING security holders to SELL their shares?
Why else would they be called selling security holders?
Why would they file to sell over ( 9 million shares ) if they have no intention of selling those shares?
The company has spent a great deal of time and energy as well as money to file these forms and now we are to believe that there is no intention to sell? If you have some time I would def like some clarification on this. What would be the reason if all for naught?
