idtc - i think they decided to not suck the value out of idtc as happens many times in a spinout situtation...value migrates to the pure play offspring

i'm not convinced that net2phone represents a fantastic opportunity anyway since vocaltec and camelot both have/had phone/net products met largely with yawns these days
