Mike, your current views on SFE would be appreciated, considering recent developments: Clear break of 50 day support, down and up moves on the internet sector yesterday, significant internet news coverage recently - Fortune Magazine's rather upbeat tone in today issue, and your particular comments, recently). Can one infer that a bottom has been reached? What are the considerations for timing of re-entry? Do you anticipate the stock to move much upon announcement of the "10 days notice period leading to record date" under the new Directed Share Subscription Program (DSSP)?

Actually, and please keep for another post if this is too much, your views about of the potential implications for SFE of its new DSSP would also be welcome. Sounds to me that the SFE stock will gain from wider/Wall Street-type recognition and perhaps recommendations from better known analysts; that gain should more than offset the loss of rights on certain issues; hence one would hold to SFE for SFE's sake rather than for a right to its infants. Currently, Management is talking about a mix of IPO's and rights offerings; not a very clear and credible game whilst analysts and investors like it simple. I personally would interpret this as a cosmetic transition towards complete phase out of the rights scheme, consistent with new times and market practice. Perhaps this too is already in the price.

Thanks and wish you a good day!
Cheers - Tom
