8K filed last night says Crabby Bob's will be acquired for $600,000 cash or cash and stock plus assumption of liabilities, which weren't given a nominal value. The filing reads much like the May 11th PR--transaction expected to close in June; two executives from Crabby Bob's are joining our team. Still waiting for ricktanners.com to come online, and I believe that the 1st quarter 10Q will be due in about 10 days from now.
