Spider- Yes of course. Everbright has converted their chrb paper to stock. It is true that this has happened since the reg s. The additional issue of stock has diluted shareholder position further with the intention of making the balance sheet improve. Everbright has control as witnessed by reverse split. Were there any outsiders who communicate on this board solicited to vote their shares? Not me. What matters now is what chrb does with the $ stream. Insiders controle but are they going to run the company for mutual benefit of all shareholders? Do they care about us like a goose or are they looking out for our interests? History is more or less bunk. It's tradition. We don't want tradition. We want to live in the present and the only history that is worth a tinker's damn is the history we make today.
