Ditch, I think the info about a shareholders' meeting to increase the authorized was in a REW post that I responded to. I went on a little rampage not long ago because in my usual paranoid fashion I imagined the shareholders increasing the authorized, the shares not being used for the PP, and Gordon having another 50 million shares to run his hands through. Thus, my conclusion was that I would vote "for" an increase in the authorized if the shares were restricted, that is, used only to satisfy the PP. As for your comment about the company needing to use more of the PP, I wouldn't bet my life against that. However, revenue should be really close to ramping up. Regards, Suzanne
