National Boston Medical Announces June 1999 Filing for Fully Reporting Status
TAUNTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 1999--National Boston Medical, Inc.(OTC BB:NBMX) announced today it is near completion of the work required to file for fully reporting status to the Security Exchange Commission, and is on target to be filed by June 1, 1999.
Noreen Wilson of Global Development Advisors, a consultant working for NBM with NBM's lawyers and accounting firms to prepare the Form 10 states, ''Work is proceeding on schedule for the filing, and I anticipate no problem in meeting the company's objective of filing before June 1, 1999.''
