To all:

I haven't seen anybody here talking about the huge amount of debt this company has.

Does anyone know what the debt level is and how quickly it is being paid down ?

I have seen $90M charges for five or more successive quarters, and I am wondering when it is going to end.

My understanding is that the reason the stock price has fallen so much is because of the debt load combined with the softness and competition in the educational software markets.

Also, where is the company getting the money to compensate for these big losses ?
