I saw this post on another board this morning. It sure looks good.
No hype here, but take a look. This stock has been climbing every day, volume is high, and many strong rumors about it.

NPEC - It's your decision, you either believe the rumors along with the facts about the momentum in the stock or you don't. Too many things happening with the company. I happen to believe the rumors. This one could rocket anytime leading up to the rumor of
"major news" coming next week, and a couple rumors of price projections of 50 and 60 cents. Several newsletters are recommending this stock.
Seen this situation too many times, ABRG, NSKY, JNNE, TNRG, and many others; stocks took off when rumors became strong.
I'm not telling you to buy, just do your DD and exam the facts. Good luck to all.
