CIND was a NASDAQ stock that delayed their periodic filing w/ the SEC because, get this, they could not timely translate their legal and/or financial documents into English from Cantonese, Mandarin, or whatever the hell dialect those jerks speak.

So, long story short, they proceeded just to never file and were subsequently delisted.

I remember posting at the time how lame of an excuse CIND had in delaying their filing (I'm an accountant, and I can honestly say that the rational offerred is an out-and-out lie, as many, many large int'l accounting firms have auditing staff that are fluent in both Chinese and English), and stating that something was not right.

I don't think I was prophetic, but rather just plain knew that CIND's mgmt. was not being truthful and forthcoming as to their intentions.
