I compare Mr. Pow's comments to Taurus Capital comment on BII back in Nov. 1998 very very short-sighted and certainly and another motive behind his actions. Thanks for the link Blue_Chip...to those that foolishly sold IWM for anything close to a $ get back in. Mr. Pow is obviously with a firm that is not involved in the private placement closing shortly in which Taurus Capital, Cannacord Capital and other larger size brokerage firms are involved with.
