HA-LO Enters Into Exclusive Distribution Agreement for Exxon Driver Cash Cards

NILES, Ill., May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- HA-LO Industries, Inc. (NYSE: HMK), the nation's leading provider of promotional and premium advertising products, and Exxon Company, USA have agreed to make HA-LO the exclusive member of the advertising specialty and promotional products industry to market Exxon Driver Cash Cards.

Exxon Driver Cash Cards are electronic prepaid declining balance cards which can be used to purchase gasoline, motor oil, automotive services and convenience store products and merchandise at any Exxon station. The cards are available in standard denominations of $10.00, $25.00, $50.00 and $100.00, and can be used at the 8,500 Exxon-branded retail stores nationwide.

The cards will be marketed by HA-LO for various uses including incentive programs, recognition and award programs and employee programs.
