Thank you Bosco - As an investor in Antec as well as Nortel, I did find that article of interest. The fierce competition building amongst cable modem suppliers seems to justify Nortel's decision to transfer the US franchise for cable modems and headend equipment to Antec in exchange for a greater equity in Arris. My first investment in Bay Networks was because of their acquisition of LanCity.
