Share Count - Revisited. Barbara, it would appear that we have both followed the same procedure (add existing shares to various obligations) but have arrived at a different result. I came up with an amount that is much less than 51 million. Wasn't implying that you asked the question regarding the Selling Securityholders during the live chat. I do not believe it is the intention of the selling securityholders to sell their shares in the near (or even not-so-near) future. I believe the purpose was to register those shares with the SEC. However, I have spent a great deal of time performing dd to arrive at this conclusion, and I wouldn't expect you or anyone else just to take my word for it. The purpose of the filing is to raise about 6 million to be used primarily to expand the business, to obtain fully reporting status, and as a strategy to meet the Nasdaq requirements. It should justify the time, effort and cost of going through the process. CH
